You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, decompiling, or reselling the Platform or any part of it without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Fees that have been paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy.

14. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below. Refunds are not automatic and must be explicitly requested by the user.
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period, calculated from the date of the initial payment:
- Weekly access: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Monthly access: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle. Any renewal or subsequent payments made after the applicable refund period are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us via your account page after logging in. We may request additional information to verify your account before processing the refund.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
15. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop any future recurring charges, but will not automatically result in a refund, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to your account page, then click on “Manage Subscription”and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
Once your cancellation is successfully completed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service during this time, unless otherwise specified.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the cancellation process is fully completed before the next billing date. We recommend confirming that you receive a cancellation confirmation after completing the process.
